If you would like to request the deletion of your ActiBux account and associated personal data, please complete the form below.

To help us locate and verify the account, please provide as much information as possible. We may contact you if additional information is required before we can process your request.

Please note that deleting an ActiBux account is permanent and may result in the loss of points, rewards, challenge history, redemption records and any other account-related information associated with the account.

For the protection of our users, we may need to verify the identity of the account holder or parent/legal guardian before proceeding with the deletion request.

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
